CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description & Requirements Manages an LTA Project Site or multiple private projects Supervise and oversee the direction of the project(s) Liaison with clients, designer and consultant on design specification and work feasibility Liaison with logistics and machinery department. Provide input on effective work methods. Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on project. Lead and manage project team to complete project in a timely and cost-effective manner Keep track of project performance, analyze successful completion of long and short term goals Perform risk management to minimize project risks Ensure effective manpower allocated to work location Inspect construction works to ensure work is done according to approved specifications Review progress and liaise with quantity surveyors to monitor cost Ensure approval obtained from relevant authorities prior to work commencement Conduct periodic site inspection on safety compliance.
