Construction Project Planner

Key Responsibilities:

• Project planning, scheduling, and monitoring
• Coordination with execution, QS, procurement & design teams
• Resource forecasting and delay risk management
• Preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and project trackers
• Ensuring on-time project delivery with effective planning

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 18 to 25 years of relevant experience in real estate project planning
• Strong in MS Project / Primavera, Excel & planning tools
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
