Construction Safety Advisor [HR-14530]

This role supports the on-site Safety Manager and is ideal for individuals with hands‑on safety experience in complex construction environments. The role emphasizes compliance, communication, and proactive safety engagement with site teams and subcontractors.

Start Date: June/July 2026

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Site Safety Manager with daily safety operations, documentation, and site inspections
• Monitor work areas for compliance with safety policies and applicable regulations
• Conduct routine walk‑throughs and report any unsafe behaviors or conditions
• Participate in and lead safety meetings, orientations, and toolbox talks
• Support the enforcement of lockout/tagout procedures, confined space entry, and hot work permitting
