Responsibilities

• Supervise workers and projects
• Co‑ordinate and schedule activities
• Train or arrange for training
• Estimate costs and materials
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
• Perform informal inspections of completed welds
• Resolve conflict situations
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Supervise 5-10 people: Roofers, Cladders/siding installers, Eavestrough installers, Labourers
• Security and safety: Basic security clearance, Transportation/travel information, Valid driver's licence, Own vehicle...
