Role Overview

Following the continued success of its Construction team, this highly regarded firm is looking to appoint an experienced Construction Solicitor. In this role, you will advise a varied client base across both the public and private sectors on a wide range of contentious construction matters.

You will play a key role in advising on complex disputes arising under industry-standard construction contracts, including JCT and NEC. Working alongside an experienced team, you will support clients through a range of dispute resolution processes, including adjudication, litigation, and arbitration.
