A Construction Superintendent (Lifting) is a senior site role responsible for leading safe crane and lifting operations, developing lifting plans, and managing subcontractors to meet project schedules and safety standards.
Qualification & Experience Required- An Engineering Degree from any recognized university.
- Minimum 17+ years of experience in which at least 5-10 years in the oil and gas industry on similar role.
- Experience in construction, specifically in crane management, rigging, and heavy lifting.
- Certification in Lifting Supervision such as LEEA.
- Strong knowledge of crane safe working loads (SWL), lifting gear maintenance, and lifting regulations.
- Have an extensive lifting and Rigging International Standards knowledge like ASME, OHSA and LOLER Regulations.
