CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Project Management: Oversee daily operations, track project milestones, and ensure construction aligns with blueprints and engineering specifications.

Safety & Compliance: Enforce local workplace safety regulations, conduct site safety orientations, and maintain zero-tolerance policies for safety infractions.

Team Leadership: Manage and schedule construction workers and subcontractors, conduct performance evaluations, and coordinate material deliveries to prevent workflow delays.

Quality Assurance: Inspect completed work and delivered materials for defects or deviations from project requirements.

Administrative Tasks: Maintain daily site logs, manage time sheets, approve progress reports, and liaise with clients, architects, and engineers.
