• Participate in buy- & sell-side M&A, IPO and fundraising projects and support our senior team members in the daily deal execution
• Create and design financial valuation models by using a wide range of research tools for market and company analysis
• Prepare high quality client presentations and participate in internal and external marketing activities
• Perform industry research and market analysis and contribute to KPMG M&A publications
• Benefit from the opportunity to learn and improve your overall deal knowledge whilst working with other KPMG subject matter experts
