Responsibilities
The EC Escalated Support (LAC Elite Care) team is responsible for providing Level 3 support to Visa clients across the LAC region. In light of the expansion of the operational scope and the addition of new Cybersource Level 3 support products, a consultant is required to ensure the team’s capacity aligns with growing regional demand. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
- +5 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or an Advanced Degree in Information Technology / Telecommunications.
- Demonstrated strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, operating systems, along with solid experience in technical support
