Key Deliverables
- Servicing our corporate clients on their travel requirements.
- Supporting client management in engaging and building strong relationships with travellers and travel arrangers through email and call interactions.
- Be proactive and exercising creativity on flight and hotel options in responding to clients’ travel requests.
- Support sourcing of group air for meeting and incentive groups.
- Provide after‑hours customer support through shift rotation.
- Possesses a minimum of 2 years travel industry experience including knowledge of reservation systems (GDS), ticketing and fare construction and online booking tools.
- Possesses a diploma or A level; IATA/UFTAA Diploma beneficial.
- Good communication skills in English; bilingual beneficial.
