Position: Event Accountant  
Schedule:  Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM 
Travel Availability:  Yes, especially during key events 
Must-Have Qualifications:  
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (completed) 
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, ideally within events, hospitality, or entertainment 
Advanced proficiency in Excel  and experience with NetSuite  
Strong background in high-volume AR/AP reconciliations  
Experience in financial closing , invoicing , and process development 
Proven experience in financial project management
