Content Authoring Specialist

Overview

Gallagher Center of Excellence (GCOE) is seeking to hire a Senior Content Management Specialist for the GCOE Business Enablement vertical. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing web publishing strategies and managing the administration of external and internal digital channels using our content management systems (CMS) and SharePoint. You will oversee content updates, ensuring the smooth and efficient transition and delivery of various shared services functions to internal stakeholders while driving content accuracy and consistency. Additionally, you will foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus within the shared services team. This role involves close interaction with teams located in Rolling Meadows, Chicago, and other global locations.
