Responsibilities
- Create engaging posts in Taglish (Tagalog + English)
- Write FAQs, beginner guides, promotions, and user “winning stories”
- Adapt content to Filipino culture, humor, and trends
- Manage Telegram and Facebook groups
- Initiate conversations and drive daily engagement
- Respond to user inquiries promptly
- Build a fun, active, and loyal community
- Plan and execute campaigns (polls, giveaways, etc.)
- Encourage user-generated content (UGC)
- Identify and nurture active/VIP users
- Maintain a weekly content calendar
- Analyze performance and optimize strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns
