**Position Overview**
The Sr. Associate, Admin – Content Authoring Platform supports the daily administration and operational reliability of enterprise content authoring and automation platforms used across Amgen’s global content supply chain. This role enables self‑service content creation by marketers through well‑configured platforms, reusable templates, and stable, governed workflows.
The role focuses on platform administration, template management, workflow operations, and issue resolution to ensure content authoring tools run smoothly and in alignment with operational and governance standards.
