Position Summary

We are seeking a hands‑on Continuous Improvement and Automation Manager to lead enterprise process optimization and intelligent automation initiatives across Trulioo, as part of the Transformation Office, which drives enterprise‑wide continuous improvement, scalable operating models, and intelligent automation initiatives across the organization.

This role sits at the intersection of operational excellence, process redesign, and automation execution. You will identify inefficiencies, redesign workflows, embed continuous improvement methodologies, and implement automation and AI‑driven solutions that enable scalable growth.
