Continuous Improvement Engineer

Responsibilities
Strong expertise in manufacturing cost structures, product costing systems, and material consumption analysis
Proven experience performing time studies, process validation, workflow optimization, and waste reduction initiatives
Demonstrated ability to lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives (5S, Kanban, VSM, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, Pull Systems) and drive cross-functional improvement projects.
Experience with ERP systems and process mapping to ensure cost accuracy and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
3–5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, cost engineering, or continuous improvement within metal-mechanical environments
Solid knowledge of CNC machining processes and metal-mechanical manufacturing operations
