Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate execution of continuous improvement projects, supporting project sponsors or process owners in their successful completion.
• Track, analyze, and report on key metrics such as safety, quality, productivity, and cost to evaluate improvement success.
• Own the centerline management system for the site to maintain the appropriate CL for production machinery and equipment.
• Analyze line data to identify and prioritize loss elimination opportunities, including the creation of current state and future state loss trees.
• Organize and facilitate Kaizen workshops to drive incremental improvements in production areas.
