**Your role at Clorox:**
The Continuous Improvement Leader is responsible for driving Operational Excellence across the Aberdeen Cleaning site through the implementation of TPM/Lean/GME principles and the successful deployment of TRACC through Stage 3. This leader builds capability at all levels of the organization, strengthens end‑to‑end (E2E) excellence, and ensures the plant meets its continuous improvement (CI) objectives in throughput, cost, and inventory performance.
