PositionContinuous Improvement Supervisor reports to the Engineering Manager and supervises the Continuous Improvement Engineer / Jr.
Position purpose: Implement the Lean Manufacturing methodology through strategic, systemic, and tactical initiatives, driving cultural change via employee engagement to eliminate waste, improve processes, and strengthen the organization's operational and financial performance.
