Position Overview

Based in Ontario , the Contract Administrator, rcca, will report to the Project Manager and have a wide range of duties that ultimately focus on administering MTO contracts. You will be part of a team that offers services primarily to the provincial government, administering large-scale construction projects on highways throughout Ontario. The team acts as a liaison between the Ministry of Transportation and the construction contractor undertaking the work, administering the construction contract, inspecting for adherence to specifications, handling quantity calculations, processing progress payments, etc. This is a new position and the salary range is $75,000 - $110,000 annually.

What You’ll Do:

  • Administer Ministry of Transportation Contracts through monitoring, correspondence, and attending meetings
  • Supervise inspection staff, provide necessary training, coordinate activities, and ensure timely deliverables
