An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Contracts & Rates Specialist to join a dynamic Product team within a leading tourism business. Key Responsibilities: Manage supplier contracts, rates, commission structures, and seasonal updates Analyse rate increases and supplier terms & conditions Negotiate supplier rates, payment terms, cancellation policies, and value-added offerings Ensure accurate product and rate loading within Tourplan Perform quality control checks across systems and agent platforms Support XML/API supplier connectivity and resolve integration issues Maintain contracting reports, tracking tools, and supplier documentation Liaise with suppliers, reservations, systems, and sales teams to ensure seamless communication What We're Looking For: A detail-oriente...
