Contract Infotainment Resolution Engineer - Root Cause

Join our client as a Contract Infotainment Systems Engineer and be a key player in delivering cutting‑edge connected car solutions. We’re seeking a proactive problem solver with a passion for vehicle infotainment, telematics, and HMI systems. Your expertise in capturing and analysing Wireshark, VLAN, DLT, CAN, and SOMEIP logs will be vital in troubleshooting and resolving critical issues swiftly.

In this role, you will review requirements, ensure functional delivery, and collaborate with internal and external teams to address showstopper issues. Your strong problem‑solving skills, including Six Sigma techniques like 5‑whys and Fishbone analysis, will support rapid root cause investigations. Familiarity with tools such as Snapshot or Corvus, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, will enhance your effectiveness.
