The Contract Management Engineer is the lead custodian of the project’s technical, financial, and regulatory integrity. This role ensures that all engineering proposals, manufacturing commitments, and Intellectual Property (IP)  protections are strictly aligned with the Master Contract  and customer confidentiality requirements for high-precision tooling in the gadget industry. 
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES  
1. Master Contract & IP Governance  
Audit & Alignment:  Conduct detailed audits of Master Contracts to ensure technical proposals for Jigs & Fixtures are fully in-line with legal frameworks. 
IP Protection:  Implement and monitor protocols to safeguard customer Intellectual Property (3D models, proprietary assembly logic, and gadget schematics).
