Lead Execution of the life cycle of complex contracts, from creation to closure through the coordination of resources and processes necessary for the control and mitigation of business and other risks in partnership with relevant internal Business Owners, Functional Owners and Others as well as vendors. Create and draft contracts, in legal language as required, by gathering and vetting required inputs including but not limited to business and legal terms from business and functional owners. Facilitate, support, broker, and/or lead contract negotiations on behalf of and in partnership with Business Owners and vendors as key point of contact.
