Job Title: Contract Manager
Location: Birmingham (Office time may be couple of times a month in Birmingham with regular visits to site (London; East Anglia - tbc) as and when required)
Duration: 12 months+ extendable contract
Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, preferably having achieved R.I.C.S. certification or on course to complete it.
- Proven experience in EPC power generation, substations, converter stations, grid integration, transmission or similar industrial plant in Contract Management and Subcontract Management functions (with emphasis on civil and electrical installations desired), processes and management / administration of varying sizes and types of contractual agreements.
- Very good awareness and extensive experience in administering standard form contracts.
