We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager with a strong background in building and villa projects to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have solid expertise in both pre-contract and post-contract management , with proven experience handling projects within the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all pre-contract activities including tendering, cost estimation, contract drafting, and procurement strategy.
- Oversee post-contract administration, including contract execution, variations, claims, and final account.
- Review and negotiate contract terms, ensuring compliance with project requirements and company policies.
- Handle contractual correspondence, claims analysis, and dispute resolution.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor project costs and ensure financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
