Contract Manager - Industrial Project (Leipzig Area, Germany)
Location: Construction site, south of Leipzig
 Start date: 01/07/
 Contract: freelance / consultancy - 12 months
 Mobility: On-site presence required
Project
As part of the project - the construction of a large-scale industrial plant in the Leipzig area, we are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee and secure all contractual aspects throughout project execution (client interface, subcontractor agreements, claim management, budget, deadlines, etc.).
Your Responsibilities
To approve the Contractor progress invoices
Each month: to check the work progress and corresponding order amount to be invoiced, proposed by the Contractor
To analyse and prepare answers to any claims or potential claims, notices of hindrance, issued by the site contractors.
