Job Description
- Leads team of QS for tenders and projects
- Preparation of construction contracts and negotiate revisions, change and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors
- Site verifications of variation and taking records for submission of claim
- Preparation of contracts
- Preparation of final accounts
- Monitors the cost on all phases of planning and construction with the parties concerned
- Work closely with PM in preparing monthly updated project progress and costing
- Working experience in main contractor firm is an advantage
- To resolve problems encountered by QS / project team, including dealing with client/ sub-contractors on cost and contractual matters
- Any other duties that assigned by a superior
Job Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years...
