- BE/B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- 8–15 years of experience in real estate or construction contracting.
- Strong exposure to high-rise residential projects.
- Expertise in tendering, contract administration, rate analysis, and vendor negotiations.
- Knowledge of SAP, ERP systems, Excel, BOQ preparation, and contract documentation.
- Familiarity with MEP, civil, finishing, and infrastructure packages is preferred.
