Job Description
- Experience in tendering of M&E building services especially in ACMV.
- Responsible in cost estimating, quantity take off, claims preparation, variations and final accounts.
- Prepare project budgeting and costing reports.
- Review of contracts, prepare tender & contract documentations, tender analyses and reporting, measurements etc.
- Develop suitable subcontract conditions for specific project requirements.
- Review sub-contractors claims and materials on site
- Diploma/Degree in Building/Construction Management/Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
- Min 5 years relevant experience in construction/FM industry.
- Strong in arbitration and negotiation skills.
- Good Knowledge in Code of Practice, SOP and Contract Law
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
