We are hiring a temporary 9-month contract recruiter to assist with full cycle recruitment for multiple hiring disciplines including call center operations.The recruiter is responsible for standardized workflow of sourcing, screening, making hiring decisions that best fit with the organization's goals.This recruiter is expected to demonstrate a high level of expertise in sourcing strategy solutions in order to meet the hiring demands.ResponsibilitiesFull life cycle recruitment for roles in Mexico and other country markets.Proactively source and screen passive and active candidates using various techniques.Qualify candidates by conducting in-depth phone interview assessments.Develop creative recruiting resources and networking activities to attract qualified talent leads.Maintain all documentation in the ATS to ensure all candidate records are current.QualificationsHigh School DiplomaBilingual: fluent in both English and Spanish1+ years of high-volume recruiting experience combined w...
