Xometry is looking for a Contract Sourcer to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. As a Contract Sourcer you are responsible for sourcing top technical talent into Xometry as well as building a talent pipeline for future hiring. In this role, you will consult with hiring managers on all aspects of the talent acquisition process to include sourcing and recruitment strategy. This position will have responsibility for sourcing non-technical recruiting across Brazil and Argentina, specifically in Sales and Operations. **This will be a 2- 3 month contract.**
