ServiceTitan is seeking a motivated Talent Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team as a contingent worker (CW) supporting our Sales Development organization. In this role, you will drive full‑cycle recruiting for high‑volume sales roles, collaborate with the broader TA team and hiring managers, and deliver a best‑in‑class candidate experience as we scale our sales motion.

What you'll do:

• Manage the full‑cycle recruiting process for Sales Development roles, from sourcing and screening through offer and close, while maintaining a best‑in‑class candidate experience.
• Source and attract active and passive candidates through various resources including direct outreach, referrals, social networks, LinkedIn, networking events, and job boards.
