A leading architectural metalwork fabricator is currently looking for a permanent Contracts Manager to oversee 2-3 architectural metalwork sites, managing projects worth £200,000-£300,000, in Bristol.
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum + package (company vehicle from the yard)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday - Friday, occasional weekend work may be required)
Duties:
- Managing 2-3 architectural metalwork sites concurrently
- Overseeing projects across Bristol, Bath and Cardiff
- Responsible for packages/site values of £200,000-£300,000
