A well-established specialist contractor within the building envelope sector is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of roofing, cladding and rainscreen fa ade projects across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and commercially aware Contracts Manager to join a growing business delivering both new build and refurbishment schemes across a variety of sectors including commercial, industrial, residential, education and healthcare. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will take full responsibility for managing multiple projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
