Their portfolio includes refurbishment, fit‑out, and new build projects with values up to £10 million. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced and motivated Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects and ensure their successful delivery. 
The Role As a Contracts Manager, you will take overall responsibility for managing several concurrent construction projects from pre‑construction through to completion.
