Contracts Manager
The Contracts Manager heads the commercial, bidding, and contract administration team for construction and engineering projects. This role covers everything from early-stage project bidding and risk analysis to post-project cost management, claims, and final settlements. The main goal is to protect the company's profit margins, minimize legal and financial risks, and ensure all contracts are followed correctly.
Key Responsibilities 1. Before the Project Starts (Bidding & Tenders)Lead Bidding Team: Oversee the team to prepare and submit complete, competitive technical and price proposals.
Spot Risks: Review tender documents, project specifications, and drawings to find hidden risks or unfair contract terms.
