As a Contribute & Grow Partner, your main focus will be to enable the Grow & Contribute agenda by implementing global people processes, supporting leaders with insights, and building capability through training, coaching, and development.You translate global frameworks into practical local solutions, helping teams grow, develop, and perform through strong processes and meaningful employee experiences.This Hybrid role reports into our People Manager and is based out of Mexico Support Office.A Day in the LifeWorking at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities:Process Implementation- Drive high-quality implementation and adoption of global Grow & Contribute processes by embedding them into day-to-day operations, ensuring relevance to local context while maintaining global intent and standards.
