Control Room Operator

Record all incidents. Ensure compliance to Companys disciplinary code. Ensure that all Company/Client SOPs are followed. Manage the email address adhoc request. Communicate by telephone with external and internal client. Manage all details/ incident on the monitoring platforms. Keep record on Excel and word documents.   Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills:    PSIRA- Grade B Grade 12 or equivalent qualification. Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Experience in the following platforms/systems will be to you advantage; CiiMs, Google Earth, HikCentral, Access Control Software (Impro). Fleet Monitoring systems Networking Knowledge advantageous Incident management. Incident analysis within BTS environment. Any other alarm monitoring platform experience will be advantageous.
