Controlador/A De Llamadas - Manager, Crew Resources

**Accountabilities**- Assists in handling all Auto Crew Call exceptions.
- Helps manage the Auto Crew Call system to support the transportation plan.
- Helps make hotel and motel reservations for crews.
- Coordinates with Works with taxi companies to transport crews between the trains and their lodging facility.
- Assists in issuance of bulletins and abolishment notices for train and yard jobs.
- Helps with creation of daily and monthly reports.
- Monitors and regulates crew boards at each location.
- Understands the relevant business metrics and applies effective tactics to sustain a culture of operational effectiveness that produces teams of high performing, engaged and empowered operational leaders.
- Identifies when a rule/regulation/policy has been violated and has one-on-one accountability conversations with an individual who has not met expectations, using KCS Candor, Aligning the Stars & KCS ABC's, and have the individual produce better result...
