Controller (Canton)

Roessel Joy has partnered with an established non-profit organization on a new Controller role. The ideal candidate will have previous Controllership experience, experience owning the month-end-close, and experience supporting the audit with the third party auditors.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and own audit.
• Oversee the month-end-close process.
• Support Budgeting/forecasting.
• Hands-on work with the GL, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Ad hoc tasks as requested by the executive team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree.
• 10+ years of accounting experience.
• Previous Controllership experience.
• Experience with a variety of accounting software.
