We are looking for an experienced Controller to lead core accounting and financial operations for our team. This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented finance leader who can balance day-to-day execution with strategic insight, ensuring accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and reliable payroll and accounting processes. Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily accounting activities across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll while ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, manage the close process, and maintain the accuracy of the general ledger.
• Deliver financial analysis and reporting that supports business planning, operational decisions, and leadership review.
