ResponsibilitiesOversee accounting: billing, statements, ledger, payroll, AP/AR, budgeting, tax, inventory, revenue recognition.Partner with Operations leaders to support decisions.Lead and supervise the local accounting team.Provide analysis and recommendations for strategic initiatives.Ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and strong company standing.Strengthen processes and communicate financial insights.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting required; Finance master's or MBA is a plus; major in Accounting or equivalent.Bilingual professional able to read, translate, converse, and write in English.10+ years of industry experience and 5+ years in a similar managerial role.Strong leadership; excellent mathematical and analytical skills; proficient verbal and written communication for reporting to upper management.Knowledge of analysis and financial software; creativity to develop innovative solutions; ability to deliver unbiased budget expectations.
