What you will do
- Day to day execution of the Service and Maintenance in line with Company Best Practices.
- Carry out service, maintenance and retrofit projects on BMS systems used for comfort and energy efficiency across large size project comprising Hospital, Retail & Commercial Buildings.
- Strong Knowledge on Testing & commissioning BMS system, 3rd party integration, Programming logics, Graphics building.
- Coordination with Sub contractors to get the job done for BMS installations.
- Conduct planning, scheduling, directing, monitoring, controlling for uniform service execution.
- Attend critical infrastructures and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure KPIs are met & Continuous monitoring of Service Level Agreement compliance.
- Alignment and implementation of Service Management, Quality Management and Health & Safety & Environmental Standards.
