The Opportunity This position offers the chance to work on equity release and lender-only conveyancing matters, handling transactions from a lender perspective rather than acting for individual buyers or sellers. You will play a key role in ensuring that transactions progress efficiently and in full compliance with lender requirements. Working within a structured and supportive team, you will be responsible for reviewing titles, raising enquiries, and ensuring all conditions are satisfied prior to the release of funds.
