Job Description

* End‑to‑end management of residential conveyancing files, including contracts, settlements and post‑settlement processes

* Independently handling off‑the‑plan transactions and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and key dates

* Liaising with developers, clients, real estate agents and solicitors throughout the transaction life cycle

* Managing vendor finance matters, leases and related documentation, including key date tracking

* Coordinating property transfers relating to family law matters and estates, working closely with solicitors to ensure smooth transitions
