The Role:

You’ll assist in managing a full range of residential conveyancing matters, including:
Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)

Remortgages and transfers of equity

Liaising with clients, estate agents and other solicitors

Preparing documentation and handling post-completion work
Requirements:
Minimum 12 months’ experience in residential conveyancing (essential)

Strong attention to detail and excellent client care skills

Ability to manage a busy caseload under supervision

Proactive, organised and a team player
