The Role

 

We are looking for quality and talented Cooks to join our kitchen teams across Sydney on a full-time basis. We have roles available at a variety of our venues and there is opportunity for cooks from all culinary backgrounds. To be successful in one of these roles you will need the following experience and attributes: 

  • 3+ years relevant experience in the hospitality industry

  • Experience with food preparation, cooking and seasoning knowledge

  • Worked in a quality restaurant, pub, café, or hotel

  • Have good knife skills and a desire to learn

  • Understand HACCP and hygiene practices

  • Be a team player and have good attitude and communication skills
