2. Prepare and verify purchasing requirements from internal areas, ensuring they comply with technical specifications and established corporate guidelines.
3. Collaborate in the request for and review of quotes, gathering the necessary documentation and following technical and economic evaluation procedures.
4. Manage the tracking of purchase orders and the formalization of contracts, maintaining up-to-date records and reporting potential incidents to the appropriate manager.
