  • Living Cost Differential: $8,424
  • Fuel and Utilities Differential: $7,375
  • Total Annual IPA: $19,591

    • For employees without dependents, per year;

  • Environment Allowance: $2,280
  • Living Cost Differential: $5,052
  • Fuel and Utilities Differential: $4,425
  • Total Annual IPA: $11,757
